No refunds within 14 days prior to your trip day. All trips canceled within the 14 day period and BEFORE 48 hours prior to the trip are vouchered or rebooked when vacancies are available. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are not granted vouchers or refunds.

All trips go out regardless of weather; rain, shine, snow, wind, raining cats and dogs, thundersnow, firenado, etc.
