No refunds within 14 days prior to your trip day.  All canceled trips with in the 14 day period are vouchered or rebooked when vacancies are available. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are not granted vouchers or refunds.

We will be adhering to social distancing as much as possible but please be aware that due to the nature of our business you may be in a raft or on a zipline platform with another group.

If you are on a Full-River trip and you would like to bring your own lunch instead of the one provided we would be happy to accommodate you by dropping your lunch off at the lunch spot for you.
